About Linguarama
Linguarama is a corporate language-training provider based in Milan. We design and deliver tailored language programmes for international companies, with a strong focus on real workplace communication. Our courses are practical, needs-driven, and built around learners’ roles, meetings, emails, presentations, and day-to-day professional interactions.

Delivery format
Most of our courses are online, but we also run in-person courses in Milan. Please indicate whether you are available for online delivery only, or also for face-to-face teaching in Milan.

The role
As a Corporate Language Trainer, you will deliver training to adult professionals in a business context. Typical course formats include 1:1 and small-group lessons. You will:

• Teach lessons that are clearly structured, interactive, and learner-centred
• Use authentic business scenarios (meetings, negotiations, calls, emails, reporting, etc.)
• Adapt materials to learners’ roles and industry needs, following a course brief
• Track attendance and lesson progress, and provide brief feedback when required
• Collaborate with our academic team to ensure consistent quality and learner outcomes

Technical requirement (important)
Our standard group lessons run for 90 minutes. Trainers must have Microsoft Teams (paid version) or another platform that supports 90-minute group lessons without interruption.

Profile we’re looking for

• Proven experience teaching adults in corporate/Business Language contexts
• Strong online classroom management (engagement, pacing, interaction)
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working with course briefs and objectives
• Availability during standard business hours (CET), depending on course demand
