Our in company group training is tailored to the participants’ specific needs. Based on detailed needs analyses before the course begins, we build a tailored course programme for each group which ensures that the training focuses on the language the participants really need to carry out their work effectively. Learning activities are varied and interactive, and all discussions and business simulations are carefully selected to ensure there is a clear link to the participants’ daily work in English. Authentic workplace examples e.g., emails, presentations or technical literature are integrated into the training. We train in small groups using realistic activities based on authentic situations and context. Whether it’s a sales presentation or a video conference, your staff leave ready to perform. We integrate aspects of cultural competence, learning strategies and a range of online tools to ensure self-evaluation continues after the training

• Group training in groups of 6 to 8 participants tailored to the participants’ specific needs
• 5 trainer led Live Webinars (5 to 7.5 hours) in our virtual classroom providing an authentic, international setting to ensure that you are better prepared for everyday business dealings in English in the global workplace (to be completed within 3 months).

The course focuses on the language that you need to be more effective when doing international business in English. The course will allow you to:

• Build your confidence when leading and attending meetings, both virtually and in person
• Present to colleagues and international audiences using clearer and more concise English
• Learn and practice language for small talk and networking in an international environment
