We train in small groups using realistic activities based on authentic situations and context. Whether it’s a sales presentation or a video conference, your staff leave ready to perform. We integrate aspects of cultural competence, learning strategies and a range of online tools to ensure self-evaluation continues after the training. Our in company group training is tailored to the participants’ specific needs. In an in-depth oral needs analysis carried out before the course begins, we define personal learning goals. Based on these, we build a tailored course programme for each group which ensures that the training focuses on the language the participants really need to carry out their work effectively. Learning activities are varied and interactive, and all discussions and business simulations are carefully selected to ensure there is a clear link to the participants’ daily work in English. Authentic workplace examples e.g., emails, presentations or technical literature are integrated into the training.
